Eligible Products

All Aussie Adaptor products purchased directly from our official website are eligible for our refund policy. Products purchased from third-party retailers are subject to the respective retailer's return policy.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in its original condition (reasonable wear and tear from testing the product is acceptable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Request a Refund

  2. Receive return instructions: Our support team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for returning your product.
  3. Ship the product back: Send the product back to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider and bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received a defective or incorrect item). If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Depending on your location, we may request photographs of the damaged item before processing your claim.

Warranty Claims

Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:
